Most projects require a Good Faith Commitment to reserve your spot on our crew’s schedule. The remainder is due in two installments while your work is in progress. You’re in control of your project, no matter what happens. When you secure your spot on our schedule with a Good Faith Commitment, it’s important to us that your project is completed within your scope and budget. 

That’s why we’ve created the COVID-19 Price Protection Policy. How does it protect you? If material prices rise between the time you accept this bid and we place your order- you’ll have the option to postpone or decline your job for a full refund of your Good Faith Commitment. 

Likewise, if you chose to lock in the pricing we’re given by our supplier, your contract’s 35% materials payment covers safe storage of your materials through your scheduled job date. 

Not at all! While we love to meet and answer your questions in-person, we understand you’re busy too. 

Using drone technology, our crew can give you a solid estimate without access to your home’s interior. We’ll even show you photos of those hard-to-see places so you can view your project  completely before making any decisions.
